A check for $1,000 payable to UMHEF from the sponsoring
church must be mailed along with the fully completed
application form. Churches may submit an unlimited
number of applicants for this scholarship program. Please
note that churches submitting funds agree to allow the educational
institution an opportunity to present the scholarship to
the student at the church.
Ineligible and incomplete applications will be returned unfunded
to the sponsoring church along with the church check.
